Cookie Crumb Productions, the Gourmet Cookie Company, was started by Melissa McGarrigle. An avid cook and home baker for many years, Melissa left a successful career in software development to pursue her dream of owning her own bakery. She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute and has worked in several retail bakeries before launching Cookie Crumb Productions.
